Claims Examiner (Bilingual)

We are currently seeking a Spanish speaking Bilingual Claims Examiner to join our Claims team!

As a Bilingual Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for managing workers’ compensation claims through customer education and interaction, and by providing timely and accurate processing of benefits. As a Spanish speaking Bilingual Claims Examiner, you will provide enhanced customer service to our stakeholders.

Bilingual Claims Examiners are eligible for a bonus of up to $1,000 each quarter, in addition to their annual salary. This is contingent upon successful completion of a verbal assessment and meeting the minimum fluency level determined for this role, which is administered by a certified 3rd party testing company.

IT Support Analyst

We are currently seeking a Sr. IT Support Analyst to join our team! This position is responsible for using rigorous logic and methods to provide senior level support to fellow Analysts in diagnosing, researching, and resolving advanced and complex technical hardware, software, and application issues for users.
