Claims Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Claims Supervisor to join our Claims Leadership team!
As a Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of Claims Examiners in their performance of claims management functions. The Claims Supervisor will lead, motivate, and train employees to effectively prioritize work; identify and resolve complex issues in a professional manner; and foster a team environment while providing excellent customer service.
Business Development Executive
We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team! This position is responsible for leading the execution of workers’ compensation stakeholder engagement and support throughout Northern Idaho. With a key focus on maintaining effective relationships with customers and agency partners, the Business Development Executive will be primarily responsible for performing strategies centered on customer service, new business development, and account retention.
Premium Auditor
We are currently seeking an Idaho Falls-based Premium Auditor to join our team! In this position you will use your exceptional communication skills to collaborate with policyholders, agents, and internal teams as you conduct workers compensation premium audits for Idaho businesses in Idaho Falls and the surrounding area. Additionally, you will review and update risk exposure, as well as assist policyholders and agents with their inquiries regarding premium audits.

Claims Examiner I
We are currently seeking a Claims Examiner I to join our Claims team!
As a Claims Examiner I, you will be responsible for managing workers’ compensation claims through customer education and interaction, and by providing timely and accurate processing of benefits.
