Credit card premium payments are available online for policyholders with estimated annual premium (EAP) under $25,000.
To schedule a future payment, log into our website and select Online Payment from the menu on the righthand side of the screen. The credit card payment option will appear via our secure US Bank online payment portal and there is no fee to the policyholder. Policyholders over $25,000 in premium may also schedule or pay their bill using ACH.

Please note, credit card payments are available online only. We cannot currently take credit card payments for premium from walk-ins or by phone.
